Big Island Whale Watching Tour
Humpback whales come all the way from Alaska during the winter months to birth and nurse their young in Hawaii’s warm tropical waters. Soon after, the mating cycle begins. And, in the spring, these amazing mammals begin making their way back to Alaska to feed and prepare to make the journey all over again. If you’re visiting while they are here you won’t want to miss out on the opportunity to see them up close in the wild on our whale watching cruise.
Our marine life naturalists will provide moment-to-moment narration as the humpbacks surface, spout, breach, fin and tail slap, and more. And if the whales are singing, a hydrophone can be lowered into the water and their whale song played over a loudspeaker for all to hear.
Book this amazing, seasonal adventure and witness one of nature’s most amazing phenomena.
